WebNov 30, 2013 · Far as Blackhorn goes, you need a breech plug thats recessed. The stock breechplug (new rifles) isn't. It's for pellets. Was at a freinds and I ran out of pre measured 209 so I shot some of his Go-Ex. Man, that stuff is dirty compared to Blackhorn. Barrel looked like a sooty lamp, breechplug was loaded...from 3 shots.
