Can anyone help? Photos are all black out and/or they won

WebAll I did today was download the update, load up the game and travel back to altissia (I didn't know I had to select the special option in the main menu at the time to access the carnival.) It was there that I noticed my photos were all blacked out. I then proceeded to re load my game save from before and still the photos are blacked out. WebGame stuck with black screen when chapter 9 starts. After boarding my late fathers yaught in the hidden port of Caem, I get a nice cutscene of Ardyn having a chat with Ravus in the rain. After that, it just gives me a quick "Chapter 9 : Gain entry to Accordio" prompt before cutting to a black screen with ocean noises.
