NettetJust installed Win 10,has license ,Ledger live crashes usually when starting it for the first time(screenshot attached),when press restart from that screen it's working but can't pass genuine check.Can't run as admin also as it crashes in the same way. Windows recognized ledger device but live is not. NettetI'm writing for help because i cannot get through the "Genuine Check" part on Ledger Live app. Indeed, I have tried on 2 laptops, it works on the Windows laptop but does not work on my Ubuntu one. So, I guessed it's because of the OS system, I installed a virtual machine with Windows 10 on Ubuntu and tried again but it didn't work too.
