Webi ve posted a similar question to prometric for more than 7 days without response. Prometric refuses to refund my test fee. When trying to register, Prometric wanted the credit card first. That was strange to me but surely they are a professional and ethical company so I didn't expect any issues. WebGo to the Prometric website. Under the Test Takers tab, select Find My Exam.
