WebIt will vanish the flickering! Also, check if the keys on your .map are all unique a not just the index of the array or something randomly generated (like with Math.random ()). The flickering is a characteristic of how useEffect works. It finishes stuff before the dom updates. useLayoutEffect is more suitable for stuff that will change the screen.
